Our client is an MNC conglomerate that is looking for an experienced sales consultant for their newly diversified insurance broking division. You will be reporting to the Team Head, Managing Director and/or the Head of Sales. This role requires a consistent and persistent contribution to the delivery of quality service to our clients and partners by providing professional advisory services in the areas of insurance and liquidity planning.
Critical Duties/Responsibilities/Roles:
• Maintain consistent engagement with clients and partners in developing robust and sustainable referral relationships
• Build up ongoing development of new client relationships to ensure a balanced referral source
• Provide professional and quality advice to clients on their liquidity planning and insurance needs
• Achieve annual target of net revenue or an amount agreed upon during the annual review
• Fulfill full compliance to our internal compliance policies as well as applicable regulatory requirements
• Submit new business documents timely and accurately • Support other team members in various sales activities
Key Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree holder or above
• Current Financial Adviser Representative licensed to advise on life policies and arrange contracts of life insurance will be highly preferred
• At least 3 years of working experience in wealth planning, sales and/or relationship management in the insurance or banking industry
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin. Proficiency in Cantonese a plus
