We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager / Manager (High Performance) to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in managing our High Performance Team and ensuring optimal development and execution of performance plans for our athletes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Technical Director to review and fine-tune the High Performance Plan (HPP).
- Prepare and manage budgets related to the implementation of HPP.
- Develop and maintain procedures and processes for High Performance management.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders on athletes’ development in areas such as training, nutrition, and psychology.
- Review and manage selection criteria for athletes entering the High Performance Team and major games.
- Organize assessment trials for players and interview panels for coaches.
- Consolidate planning for individual players and assist with overseas competition planning.
- Maintain accurate records of High Performance players’ participation and competition results.
- Work closely with HR on financial schemes for Players.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sports, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
- Familiar with the sports industry.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as needed during events, including weekends and holidays.
