Cybersecurity Engineer - Pre-Sales

The Hacens Talent Pte. Ltd.

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Cybersecurity Engineer – Pre-Sales. This role will bridge our Go-To-Market (GTM), Marketing, Product Management, R&D, and Support teams, while also supporting customers and partners in addressing cybersecurity risks associated with data and content transfers.


Key Responsibilities:


Pre-Sales:

  • Work with the sales team to assess customer needs and provide technical expertise.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and workshops.
  • Develop and present tailored technical proposals and solution architectures.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires with accurate information.
  • Build strong client and partner relationships.

Post-Sales:

  • Support solution implementation and integration, ensuring alignment with security requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support.
  • Conduct client training and create documentation.
  • Monitor and optimize deployed solutions.

Travel Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel up to 30% within APAC and other countries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or consulting.
  • Proven track record in pre-sales and post-sales roles.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH) are a plus.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows and Unix file systems.
  • Knowledge of Linux and Kubernetes commands
  • Familiarity with email security, DLP, Microsoft M365, and unstructured cloud storage.
  • Experience with Open API deployments and content/file security technologies.
  • Hands-on deployment for POCs as well as troubleshooting
