Responsibilities:
- Knowledge in integrating vision systems with automated processes, motion control based on model data, mathematical modeling experience and creating software solutions.
- Create automated inspection and guidance solutions using vision and other sensing technology.
- Maintain knowledge of new vision, automation and sensing technology.
- Detailed design specification generation.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge in vision system database.
- Knowledge of camera, light, and lens selection.
- Programming background (example: Python or Visual C# or C++)
- Exp in developing vision system with Halcon and Opteon camera.
- Knowledge in machine vision programming and experiences.
- Exp in automation controls, motors & sensors like PLC, and controllers, servo & stepper motors.
- Familiarity with industrial machinery design.
