Responsibilities:
- Market and Sales Trend Monitoring: Analyze the country's automotive market using data and factors like the economy, policies, seasonality, historical trends, and competition to make informed decisions.
- Sales Plan Evaluation: Identify key changes and plan assumptions to optimize opportunities and mitigate risks in short- to mid-term sales plans.
- Production Order Management: Ensure an efficient supply chain by managing production order plans with tools like Excel "rundown."
- Consensus Building: Collaborate and build agreements with distributors for both short- and mid- to long-term planning.
- Project Support and Coordination: Contribute to country-specific projects by coordinating stakeholders, sharing best practices, and applying demand and supply knowledge, taking on specific roles when necessary.
Requirements:
Non-experienced candidates are welcomed.
- Proficiency in MS Office specifically Excel and PowerPoint to run data analysis & visualization will be required
- At least a Degree in Business, Economics or the equivalent
- Comfortable to work overtime and travel overseas when required
