Operations Co-ordinator
Responsibilities:
· To assist the operations team in the planning, execution and development of the assigned projects
· To assist team with the management of floor plans, layouts, and update event manuals
· To assist team in the management of daily operation activities as well as provide administrative support pre-event & on-site (e.g. sourcing for products, getting quotes, registration of contractors, compilation of required information, attending to enquiries, etc)
· With the guidance from team members, work with vendors, stand contractors, freight forwarders, utilities and other suppliers to ensure smooth execution onsite
· Supporting adhoc duties for operations and/or project team when needed and approved by Operations Director
· Dynamic and energetic by nature, you thrive working under intense pressure to deliver the show results.
Requirements:
Diploma in any discipline, preferably with at least 1 year of working experience
Prior experience in administrative support or event management will be advantageous
Versatile, independent and able to multitask
Be very well organized, meticulous and innovative
Demonstrated good teamwork and organizing skills
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Good verbal and written communication skills
