YHI Group is a recognized distributor of high quality automotive and industrial products, and a familiar and trusted name in alloy wheels manufacturing as an Original Design Manufacturer (ODM).
Today, YHI's wide international presence can be seen in over 100 countries operating through its 33 subsidiaries and 3 associated companies located in Asia Pacific, North America and Europe. YHI distributes a diverse range of premium automotive products, which include tyres, alloy wheels, energy solutions, buggy & utilities vehicles and other industrial products to more than 5,000 customers globally. YHI currently has three alloy wheels manufacturing plants located in Suzhou in China, Taoyuan in Taiwan and Malacca in Malaysia.

Responsibilities
Reporting to General Manager, the successful candidate is responsible for understanding the business requirements and operational workflow to implement technological solutions (eg. Microsoft 365) to reduce manual work processes and improve the overall efficiency of local and overseas subsidiaries. Main duties include:
Business Analysis
- Understand business requirements or problem statements to develop business applications to drive value
- Liaise with end-users to identify any efficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for workflow and work process improvements
- Translate end-user's adhoc business requests into technical requirements
Microsoft 365 Apps Implementation
- Provide expertise and guidance to end-users on the potential use of Microsoft 365 apps to improve work efficiency
- Convert manual processes/workflows to automation by designing and developing applications using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, MS Flows/Power Automate, Power BI, etc.
- Communicate and work with multiple stakeholders and vendors to plan schedules for development and implementation of business applications
- Perform end-to-end testing, troubleshooting and end-user support
- Maintain and update applications developed as well as create and maintain documentation in the form of user guides for knowledge retention
- Conduct technical trainings and support for improvement of staff's skills in Microsoft 365 tools and other systems
- 1 -- 5 years of relevant working experience. However, those without prior experience but possess relevant educational qualifications are welcome to apply
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Technologies, SharePoint Online and AppSheet
- Proficient in Workflow automation using Power Automate
- Knowledge of Business Process Automation, Procurement and Accounting System will be an advantage
- Possess any of the Microsoft Certification will be an advantage: MS-900, PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-500 and/or PL-600
