Job Description
1. Sales and Enrollment
- Present and promote the center’s programs to prospective clients (parents, students).
- Conduct consultations and provide personalized course recommendations.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for student enrollment.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and students.
- Address concerns and provide necessary information to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Maintain a database of clients, updating contact details and tracking progress.
- Handle customer service queries and complaints professionally.
3. Marketing and Outreach
- Participate in roadshows, open houses, and other promotional events to attract potential students.
- Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, such as brochures or digital content.
4. Administrative and Reporting
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling assessments, managing class availability, and collecting fees.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, tracking enrollment progress and targets.
5. Program Knowledge
- Stay updated on the center’s programs, curriculum, and educational philosophy.
- Provide accurate information to clients about class schedules, fees, and program benefits.
6. Collaboration
- Work closely with the academic and administrative teams to ensure seamless student onboarding.
- Participate in team meetings and provide feedback for improving sales and customer service strategies.
7. Customer Retention
- Monitor student progress and follow up with parents to encourage continued enrollment in subsequent programs.
- Develop strategies to increase retention and minimize drop-outs.
8. Other Duties
- Handle walk-ins and ensure a welcoming environment at the center.
- Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the center’s management.
