Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Managing and maintaining office supplies and Inventory.
- Manage office equipment and co-ordination of all office and IT maintenance activities.
- Manage and administer door access cards/door system.
- Manage tenancy agreements, renewal and ongoing tenancy matters etc.
- Liaise and coordinate with building management contractor and tenants on matters.
- In charge of company cleaning maintenance and contract.
- Support HR with on-boarding and administrative tasks.
- Assist with event planning and coordination such as ordering of refreshments, assist in bookings of restaurants etc.
- Handling travel arrangements: flight reservation, hotel accommodation, visa applications etc.
- Any other ad-hoc work as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' level / Diploma in Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good command of both verbal and written English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
