Job Responsibilities
- Monitor, coordinate, supervise work progress on-site.
- To attend to, with urgency, all service calls and responsible to provide efficient and completion.
- To collect and deliver to customer site.
- Anticipating problems and solving problems in a timely manner.
- To apply site permit application before work, start. (Training will be provided)
- To escort contractors and arrange their work schedules.
- Liaise with customer team and main contractor for coordination work before work start.
- Support Project Manager in the coordination of project activities.
- To work amicably and professionally with customers, suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Carry out risk assessment; Make recommendations on risk control measures and Communication Risk Assessments (RA) to concerned parties and other Method of Statement. (Training will be provided)
- To assist with servicing of Electrical and Electrical Panel service / Pump repairing and Plant maintenance works as and when necessary. (Training will be provided)
- To prepare report after Job Done / Pump Repair Done. (Training will be provided)
- Maintain workshop / workplace housekeeping and follow safe work procedures. (Training will be provided)
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work independently
- Assists in day-to-day requirement and any other duties as assigned by the company.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Min GCE O Level / Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Engineering courses
- Construction related certificate or relevant supervisory trade certificate or higher qualification preferred.
- Min 1 to 2 years in similar position will be advantageous. (Candidates with No Experience and Fresh Applicants are welcome to apply. Training will be provided)
- Must have valid class 3 driving license
- Able to read and write English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application (MS Word & Excel) and AutoCAD
- Prefer interpersonal skills and good communication skills in both English and Mandarin speakers for better communication with customers, sub-con workers and suppliers.
- Willing to learn, pleasant personality, humble responsible, positive working attitude and hardworking.
- Flexible and able to performance multi-task effectively.
- Flexible and able to Support Overtime on Saturday after working hours, if required.
- Salary base on the working experience.
- 5.5 day working
- Able to start work immediate
- Expected Salary : total with OT's up to $2,200.00 monthly
