Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Engineer with a minimum of 1 year of experience in semiconductor fabrication or semiconductor equipment manufacturing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) processes and have proficiency in using Creo tools.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Product Manufacturing Engineer to define and create manufacturing procedures, build sequences, methods, and quality documentation, including Operation Method Sheets (OMS) and Work Instructions.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with ECO (Engineering Change Order) and ECN (Engineering Change Notification) processes.
- Manage configuration management activities and the overall PLM process to ensure product quality and efficiency.
- Conduct technical coordination with customers and suppliers to address quality issues and project requirements.
- Work effectively with external vendors and manage outsourced projects.
- Create and maintain documentation related to quality assurance processes and standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in semiconductor fabrication (FAB) or within a semiconductor equipment manufacturing company.
- Proficiency in using Creo tools is essential.
- Extensive experience with PLM systems such as SAP ECTR, Windchill, or Teamcenter.
- Knowledge of configuration management and PLM processes.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Nice to have: Experience in technical publications (Tech Pub).
