- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cash management projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Gather and document business requirements for cash management solutions.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop functional specifications and process flow diagrams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide project updates.
- Work with technology teams to design and implement cash management solutions.
- Ensure successful integration of IntelliMatch or similar reconciliation software.
- Support testing phases, including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technology teams.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong background in cash management and reconciliation processes.
- Experience with IntelliMatch or similar reconciliation software is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in project management and business analysis.
