Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst with at least 3 years of experience in Agile projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding and analysing business processes, identifying gaps, and applying their Salesforce knowledge to guide implementations. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders and development teams to ensure that business requirements are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Requirements Gathering:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements for Salesforce implementations.
- Identify areas of improvement in current business processes.
Salesforce System Analysis:
- Apply knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations to guide the implementation of the Salesforce system.
- Ensure Salesforce configurations are aligned with business requirements and objectives.
Agile Methodology:
- Serve as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or equivalent role in Agile projects.
- Lead or participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Prioritize product backlog and user stories based on business needs.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical development team.
- Provide clear communication regarding project progress, risks, and changes in scope.
Salesforce Best Practices:
- Recommend Salesforce best practices to optimize system performance and business outcomes.
- Conduct regular system evaluations and propose enhancements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
- Diploma or higher in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Graduates from Business Schools or Engineering disciplines are preferred.
Certifications:
- Certified Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (CRT101) is mandatory.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is required.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or similar roles in Agile projects.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce implementations and an understanding of Salesforce's capabilities and limitations.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration and business analysis methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional team
