Job Description:
- Oversee the marketing and development of brands
- Manage and motivate team members, ensuring that members work to their fullest potential and deliver their assigned tasks with highest proficiency
- Motivate and inspire team members, fostering a sense of collaboration and accountability
- Set the team goals within the overall company's goals and objectives
- Cooperate with the team members to plan and execute on the brand strategies to achieve its the desired goals
- Manage team’s budget
- Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to drive projects forward
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by the company
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management position
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
- Proactive with good decision-making skills
- Adaptable and innovative, with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent at schedule management and multi-tasking
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for company events when required
- Open to travel overseas for business trips when required
Compensation:
- Working location: CBD
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 7.5 hours/day + 1 hour lunch break
- Flexible reporting time to work between 8.30am to 10am
