Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Application Developer who will be responsible for developing and enhancing Salesforce systems through configurations, Apex, or Visualforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and will work on integrating, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce applications to meet specific business needs.
Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Development:
· Develop and enhance Salesforce systems through configurations, Apex, and Visualforce as needed.
· Perform technical analysis, design, and development for system integrations and customizations.
· Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Salesforce applications.
Application Design and Configuration:
· Design, build, and configure Salesforce applications to align with business processes and requirements.
· Collaborate with stakeholders and other developers to define technical solutions that meet business needs.
· Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
Integration and Customization:
· Build and configure system integrations between Salesforce and external applications using APIs and other tools.
· Implement custom features and functionalities to enhance Salesforce usability and performance.
· Maintain Salesforce metadata, ensuring integrity and consistency across environments.
Code Management and Deployment:
· Manage and maintain the codebase, ensuring best practices are followed for code quality, reusability, and performance.
· Perform deployments between environments using tools like Change Sets, Ant, or Salesforce DX.
Collaborative Development:
· Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
· Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality.
· Provide technical support and guidance to the team when needed. Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience:
· Minimum 2.5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
· Proven experience in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Salesforce Lightning development, and configuration.
Certifications:
The candidate must hold one or more of the following Salesforce certifications (or any more advanced certifications):
· Salesforce Platform App Builder.
· Salesforce JavaScript Developer I.
· Salesforce Platform Developer I.
· Salesforce Platform Developer II.
Technical Skills:
· Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development lifecycle.
· Experience with Salesforce integration tools, such as APIs, REST, and SOAP.
· Knowledge of Lightning Components, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, and Visualforce Pages.
· Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools like Change Sets, Ant Migration Tool, and Salesforce DX.
· Experience with Git or other version control systems. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
