Job Description & Requirements:

The Consultant will serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams on Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects, including implementations, customizations, and migrations. The Consultant will focus on managing technical aspects of the projects while also supporting project management, business analysis, configuration, data management, training, and support. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Consultant is ultimately responsible for meeting customer requirements and ensuring project success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple large-scale projects.
  • Facilitate design and architecture sessions with clients.
  • Mentor other consultants, particularly in technical skills.
  • Act as an advisor to both customers and consultants.
  • Help clients establish and refine processes, offering guidance on CRM best practices.
  • Assist technical consultants in architecting CRM customizations and data models.
  • Create Functional and Technical Specifications for project deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project scope documents, including task estimates and schedules (in Microsoft Project).
  • Write specifications for customizations, data migration, and system integrations.
  • Oversee data migration, integration, training, custom development, and reporting tasks.
  • Manage project team resources and monitor deliverables to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Maintain risk and issue logs, conducting risk mitigation with client teams.
  • Conduct regular communication with clients, holding weekly status meetings and sending updates.
  • Lead design review sessions with customers to present completed work and incorporate feedback.
  • Provide training to super users and end users as needed.

Technical Expertise:

  • Ability to code and develop for:D365 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 implementations.
    SQL Integration Services, Factory/Logic Apps.
    SQL Reporting Services, Power BI.
    SDK and/or Developers Toolkit.
    Programming languages: C#, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, Azure Services, and API.
    Azure Services & Administration.

Qualifications and Skillsets:

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or at least 10 years of experience as a Technical Lead.
  • In-depth knowledge of business processes and technologies related to sales, marketing, and customer service operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to engage with clients at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to balance immediate project demands with long-term strategic goals.
  • Advanced proficiency in JIRA, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.
