AIA is offering this role with full-time employment benefits as compared to typical self-employment scheme of financial consultants. Instead of commission-based income, candidates will earn a base salary and quarterly performance-based bonuses (Upon approval of RNF), as well as Central Provident Fund contributions, annual leave and medical benefits. Individuals will be provided supervision by an agency leader.
Financial Associate Consultants will be put on a 12-month training programme to learn about the life insurance industry, as well as job-specific skills. Eligible individuals would be placed on WSG’s Career Conversion Programme.
To be eligible, you should possess either:
- a degree,
- a diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore,
- full certificate in GCE ‘A’ Level,
- an International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification.
