Job Description
Handles customer’s enquiries
Update customers on the status of their orders
Creation of receiving documents, delivery orders and invoices
Liaise with relevant departments to ensure on time delivery
Attend to customers' feedback
Maintains proper filing of documents
Follow up with customers on their material collection status
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors
Job Requirements
Candidate must minimally possess an O Level or ITE Certificate.
Positive working attitude and ability to work independently.
Meticulous, good communicator with an eye for detail.
2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
Singaporean only.
