Job Description:
- Ensure the safety of infants through constant supervision, effective space arrangement, and well maintenance of equipment
- Lead the infant care team
- Carry out daily routine care with consistent infant development principles
- Provide creative and interactive play and learning experiences that promote individual expression through conversation
- Develop planned schedules for infants’ physical activities, play, and rest
- Observe, assess, and document each assigned child’s health, skills, and growth development
- Complete bi-annual assessment of infants' development
- Report progress of infants to parents in bi-annual reports
- Build positive daily communication between yourself and parents of infants under your care
- Keep all information and intellectual property of the centre confidential
- Provide a healthy and safe environment for infants to feel safe and comfortable
- Competent in ECDA licensing and regulatory standards and requirement
Job Requirements:
- ACEY / HCIC / CIT Certificate
- Must have Leadship skill
