Job Description
• Maintain high quality housekeeping standards of spa premise by cleaning all areas of spa including changing rooms, pantries, treatment rooms, waiting room, etc
• Conduct regular cleaning checks of the spa to ensure facilities are tidy, in good working order, free of rubbish & obstacles, well stocked and clean. Areas includes but not limited to reception desk, retail shelves, treatment rooms, waiting rooms, changing/locker area
• Ensure Members and/or their guests have access to ready supplies of:
o spa towels, robes and slippers and used items are left in the correct places for laundering and freshly laundered items are always available for the next Members
o toilet paper, soap, hand creams, etc in the changing room
o refreshments in the waiting rooms and around reception area
• Perform basic reception duties such as greeting of Spa users, answering of internal phone calls, issuing of locker keys, etc
• Assist Members and/or their guests with any queries about spa facilities and products
• Assist with receiving stock deliveries and ensure they are properly stored in the correct areas
Job Requirements
- Required to work from Fridays to Sundays from 7.30am to 3.30pm
