Job Description:
This is a full time role for an Administrative Assistant located in Lorong Chuan. Our client is an insurance agency and you will handle schedules, appointments, and meetings, prepare and edit documents, and manage mail, emails, and phone calls. You'll keep office supplies stocked, ensure the office runs smoothly, and coordinate activities to comply with company policies. You'll also manage vendor relationships, maintain company records, prepare reports and presentations, organize events and meetings, and arrange travel and accommodation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Local Diploma in relevant field
- 1 year relevant experience in administrative or office management role is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office
