Job Description :
- Manage and execute travel and hotels arrangement (GA)
- Manage expatriate relocation tenancy leasing (GA)
- Manage staff and company insurance policies (GA/HR)
- Support & coordinate office and maintenance contracts/leases (GA)
- Verify expense claims for staff (GA)
- Maintain all routine personnel records in HR system & p-files (HR)
- Assist in recruitment administration (HR)
- Manage onboarding and offboarding process (HR)
- Support training administation (HR)
- Faciliate in perfermance management (HR)
- Assist in payroll administration (HR)
- Administer Insurance renewal/claim (HR)
- Enhance employee-employee relations (HR)
- Assist in organizing company events and activities for staff (Welfare - HR)
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Minimally Diploma in Business/HRM
- Proactive personnel who is able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess Teamwork with positive learning attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Word/ Excel
