Job Responsibility
- Manage and distribute incoming leads to respective branch and ensure leads are well follow-up by branch CSOs
- Follow-up closely with branch on customers’ bookings and turn-up
- Answer customers’ enquiries from all forms of channels; Social Medias, WhatsApp, Google, Emails etc
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, draft, memos and emails
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Generate reports and analysis
- Making calls from leads given by company
- Any other duties assigned from time to time by the company
Job Requirements
- Computer and smart phone savvy
- Proficient in Google Drive and Microsoft Office applications
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills and able to relate well with all level of staff
