- Promote the use of digital/online services
- Assist residents in applying for ComCare assistance through the SupportGoWhere portal.
- Rendering assistance on online application form or uploading required documents onto Portal
- Provide explanation on the forms that require signature (where necessary)

- Location: Lakeside/ Choa Chu Kang/ Serangoon/ Pasir Ris/ Bedok
- Salary: $2390 per month
- Working hours: Mondays - Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm
Requirements:
- Singaporeans
- Diploma
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to teach digital skills
- Some relevant experience
- Passionate about the digitalisation of services and helping less tech-savvy residents
