POSITION SUMMARY
The Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Executive is responsible for regulating, controlling, and ensuring compliance within the health, safety, security environmental regulations, and
quality control and on-site. HSEQ Executive is also the Quality Management Systems (QMS) Document Controller, responsible for providing site-level support for the control of documentation through system administration and maintenance, procedural creation, and consultation services.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advise the management and Safety committee members on the statutory requirements and
- countermeasures to be taken relating to Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ).
- Develop, review, revise and implement Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality System.
- Conduct monthly inspections for all sites to ensure compliance to Safety and related guidelines.
- Organize training as required for all personnel relating to HSEQ matters.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on the HSEQ status to management for review and necessary
- actions.
- Able to drive HSEQ culture within the company.
- All accreditations relating to HSEQ.
- To review, administer & keep up to date in house related policies and procedures to related
- guidelines.
- Provide Site-level Document Control Support and Technical Expertise.
- Define, create, and maintain controlled documents and document control procedures.
- Maintain user document access rights.
- Provide documentation systems and process training.
- Provide archived documentation upon request.
- Maintain and keep up to date for all necessary records.
- Responsive to address and advise to HSEQ matters.
- Perform Accident or Incident Investigations.
- Suggest for corrections and follow-up to correct any incompliance.
- Maintain the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements,
- applicable international standard/regulation requirements, and customer requirements.
- Identify the gaps in the QMS and make continuous improvements to ensure the effectiveness of QMS implementation and consistency with product and process requirements.
- Lead the training on procedures and practices to QMS requirements.
- Lead the internal audit and customer audit, follow-up on audit non-conformance activities till closure.
- Any tasks as assigned as needed by the company on or related to HSEQ matters.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Min. Diploma in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Registered WSH Officer or FSM is preferred.
- Experience in International Standards and auditing.
- Good communication skills.
- Meticulous and eyes for details.
- Forming of safety committee and conduct monthly meetings.
- Carrying out HSE and quality audits.
- Working effectively with other stakeholders.
