Job Description
- Define technical project scope and create project development plan by leading technical architecture engagements
- Lead project management activities such as SOW creation, budgeting, resource management, vendor management, estimation and schedule management
- Manage multiple end to end transformation projects including budget scale $3 million & 10+ FTE team
- Organize technical requirement with required banking domain knowledge and lead technical architecture & design
- Participate and lead project proposal creation by leverage application modernization strategy and latest technologies
- Lead the development team through different phases of project by following waterfall and agile project management methodology
- Own technical architecture, design responsibility followed by system development, testing and migration
- Set development standards, development guidelines and lead process improvement
- Guide Assistant Project Managers and other development team members to successfully achieve project targets
- Ensure project status report to Senior Management communication both in relation to the internal and external project stakeholders
- Ensure risk management (dentification and monitoring) and takes necessary measures to mitigate project risks

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information technology / Information Systems / Computer Science, Business IT or its equivalent
- Minimum of 15 years of IT service experience and 6+ years of Technical Architecture experience across Banking products integration with different integration system landscape
- Minimum 6-year experience of handling variety of entire technical team portfolio consisting of customization, Data migration, Release management, Performance and stability and other NFR topics
- Must have customer service attitude, including the ability to work with users of all skill levels and organizational levels
- Good to have understanding and work experience on ITSM standards, processes, guidelines and provide the best practices
- Experience in application roll-out to multiple branches with single centralized system
- Experience in system integration development and maintenance services
- Knowledge and skills as system analyst on functional area (e.g., table data design, business logic design, screen design, business flows)
- Experience in container-based deployments and relevant technology insights of platforms such as Redhat OpenShift
- Must have technical background with JAVA/J2EE, C#, ASP.Net, PowerShell scripting, Jenkins, SSRS and oracle DB skill set
- Good to have experience in OS (Windows & Linux), middleware software configuration design & installation in mission critical systems in IT system implementation projects
- Experience in working on Event-Driven architecture designs on the back of services like RabbitMQ, Kafka, IBM MQ, Redis, Oracle Database and other equivalent backing services would be necessary

- Experience in multi-tasking, handling multiple projects and deliverables
- Excellent customer interfacing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including must have hands-on experience in MS office (especially PowerPoint & excel)
