Stakeholder Engagement and Operations
To perform outreach of the Programme via electronic mailers to all primary schools.
Handle schools’ enquiries about the Programme.
Liaising with the schools and perform other ad-hoc duties as needed.
Inventory Management
Perform a quarterly stock-take of all programme equipment and logistics.
Ensure sufficiency and good condition of the equipment and tools to be used for the Programme.
Perform checks and updates of software and firmware of the equipment every month and any other adhoc duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
• At least a diploma
• At least 3 years experience in manpower scheduling
• At least 1 year of experience engaging school stakeholders
• At least 1 year of experience in managing tech inventory
• Experience in managing at least 1,000 items of inventory
