RESPONSIBILITIES
· Examine and suggest optimizations to current QA practices through new technologies and processes.
· Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
· Collaborate closely with engineers, business analysts and product owners and other team members to determine appropriate acceptance criteria for the projects
· Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
· Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers.
· Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
.Overseeing both software maual testing and software automation testing teams.
.Cross-functional to ensure our software products meet the quality standards and excetional supports provides to regional clients.
REQUIREMENTS
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/ Telecommunication) or equivalent
· 8 or more years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years leading a team
· Demonstrated experience of the various facets of the software QA lifecycle.
· Enjoy collaborating across teams and work well in a cross-functional environment.
· Thrive working in a fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Knowledge on automated system testing tools for functional and regression tests like Selenium, Postman is highly desirable.
· Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development processpreferred.
· Attention to detail on the tested applications
· Proactive approach toward learning and understanding of applications
· Ability to self-direct
· Demonstrate strong collaboration skills and team-oriented motivation
