Job Responsibilities
- Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
- Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations

- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
- Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
- Perform Level 1/2 System Maintenance support.
- Perform Daily & Weekly preventive maintenance.
- Perform Hardware changeout.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Computer/Electronic/IT Engineering or equivalent.
- Working experience in project related or maintenance works in IT/Network System will be an advantage.
- Good Knowledge in Linux, Windows, Networks.
- Good Knowledge in Servers & Nodes.
- Required to perform 12 hours shift work.
- Possess Class 3 Driving license.
- CCNA Certificate.
