Responsibilities
- Scheduling of clips/visuals for digital campaigns
- Submission of clips/visuals to landlord/authorities for approval
- Working with procurement on tenders to award new vendors/projects
- Onboarding new vendors, partners, and assets
- Liaising with vendors/partners on the daily business
- Managing maintenance vendors
- Basic technical troubleshooting for digital screens
- Monitoring the health of digital screens and partners’ assets
- Managing hotline and feedback for digital screens
- Saving of proof of posting
- Documentation and paperwork
- Other ad-hoc projects and tasks
Qualifications & Work Experience
- O'level/ITE Cert/Diploma in Engineering/IT System-related or any other relevant disciplines preferred.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills are required.
- Relevant operations experience for scheduling and managing digital content campaigns is highly preferred.
- Candidate who has relevant knowledge or work experience in digital media and technology will be advantageous.

- Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint

- Self-motivated, proactive and detail-minded
- Ability to manage crisis situations professionally
- Possess good spoken and written communication skills in English to liaise with associates. Being able to speak mandarin to mandarin-speaking associates/vendors will be a plus.
- Willing to work after working hours and on weekends, when necessary during peak season
