Job Description & Requirements
- Manage cargo operations and documentation
- Safeguard product quality and quantity
- Ensure all cargo loading, ex bunker delivery, blending operation and delivery are in compliance with Company work instructions and in particular SS648: 2019, wherever applicable
- Ensure that custody control procedures in respect of cargo storage onboard bunker tanker and cargo movements are duly and properly implemented
- Maintain proper and timely records of inventory in the stock movement logbook and daily ROB report
- Report on any customer complaint or dispute to the Operations Manager immediately and assist in onsite investigation
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- 1 Year Experience as bunker clerk/cargo officer onboard bunker tankers
- Certification in Basic & Advanced Course on Bunkering Practices (SS600 & TR 48)
- Certification in Code of Practice for Bunker Mass Flow Metering (SS 648)
- Willingness to follow Company’s shift duties and stay onboard vessel
- Effective communication skills
- Meticulous, responsible and good follow-through skills
