Finance Executive
Area of responsibility include:
- Prepare timely and accurate management accounts, and other fund accounting related MIS.
- Record accounting journal entries accurately for fund companies in ABSS.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules, compliance reports, financial statement, or other reports.
- Support the accounting & control team in all tasks related to fund accounting and management of daily fund operations.
- Perform periodic cash and security reconciliations of internal records against counterparties and Bank & Custodian records.
- Perform periodic reconciliations of financials and investments records.
- Maintain robust operations, controls and compliance frameworks and policies.
- Process payments and input/review reimbursement from Jakarta office.
- Support the Legal & Compliance function in assisting with annual regulatory filings.
- Coordinate closure of Tax returns with extended consultants.
- Assist in preparation of quarterly GST submission.
- Assist in sundry analytics and reporting.
- Ensure all relevant documentations are filed properly and communicated across the relevant teams.
- Participate in UAT system testing for system updates.
- Other financial accounting & administrative activities
- Other Ad-hoc projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounts.
3-4years full time experience in Finance roles, ideally with exposure to financial management, compliance, corporate governance functions.
Strong understanding of accounting standards, general corporate law, financial principles, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical skills and team work.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage complex projects effectively.
Proficiency in financial analysis tools, accounting software (preferred), and Microsoft Office suite.
