Job Description
- Perform structural analysis, calculations, and create design sketches and drawings that convey the arrangement and design intent for underground structures works
- Conduct engineering assessments and evaluations, both for existing underground structures and potential structural alternatives, and prepare technical reports to document the findings.
- Engage in communication and collaboration with clients, sub-consultants, regulatory authorities, and other relevant parties to gather design information, present design alternatives, and expedite approvals.
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships to explore and expand business opportunities.
- Verify design calculations and review detailed drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Deliver projects of exceptional quality, meeting project timelines and budget constraints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in structural design for infrastructure projects.
- Experience with underground structures and construction sequences is an added advantage.
- Registration with professional body will be beneficial.
- Knowledgeable in Autocad and/or BIM software will be an advantage.
- Strong project management skills.
- Candidate with extensive work experience and strong project management skills will be considered for other position
