Responsibilities:
- Identify and explore new overseas markets and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas distributors.
- Plan annual sales and profit budgets for overseas markets.
- Prepare and update price lists and quotations for distributors.
- Monitor and review distributor sales performance.
- Support promotional and marketing activities, including A&P planning.
- Collaborate with distributors to resolve issues and drive recovery actions.
- Develop marketing plans for new products with distributors.
- Provide monthly sales and stock forecasts, and analyze sales and profit data.
- Manage sales budgets, profit margins, and payments.
- Assist the Regional Sales Manager as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP.
- Strong analytical, management, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly overseas.
