We are looking for skilled Salesforce Developers, Admins, and Functional Experts with expertise in QTC (Quote-to-Cash), CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), RFQ (Request for Quote), and OTC (Order-to-Cash) to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Salesforce development and administration, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions and managing Salesforce environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Implement and manage Salesforce Communities and Experience Cloud.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Provide functional expertise in Salesforce QTC, CPQ, RFQ, and OTC to support business processes and requirements.
- Perform data migration, integration, and deployment activities.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Administration:
- Perform regular system maintenance, including user account management, data integrity, and security settings.
- Configure and manage Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules.
- Manage Salesforce user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.
- Manage and optimize Salesforce processes, including automation, approval processes, and custom objects.
- Perform regular system maintenance, including data backups, system updates, and security audits.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features to ensure optimal performance and utilization.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues.
- Provide end-user training and support, including creating and maintaining documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data management, and best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are highly desirable.
