ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To ensure that product merchandising is in place and aligned with the brand and company standards.
- Conduct regular market analysis to assess product performance and competition.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate product launches and promotional activities, ensuring timely execution.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer preferences and trends.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability to meet consumer demands.
- Prepare reports on product performance, sales trends, and merchandising effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for all categories
- Establish collaborative retailer/supplier relationships
- Develop, implement and manage an optimum product mix that focuses on customers’ needs and brand imaging
- Develop and implement promotional plans
- Develop and implement a competitive pricing strategy
- Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales report
- Monitor and report sales activities and follow up for management
- Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
- Any other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements :
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to multitasks and work under pressure as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
