Cost Manager
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and evaluate estimates and cost plans
- Prepare standard documentation – reports, valuations, letters, financial reports
- Prepare and evaluate tender documents as required
- Analyze tenders and prepare tender reports at all stages of procurement
- Prepare valuations and cost reports; re-measure as necessary and adjust variations
- Assist in the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims
- Prepare and agree final accounts
Requirements
- · Minimum 3 years’ experience for junior level and over 5 years for senior level.
- · Possess a relevant Bachelor’s Degree
- · Have experience working in hospitality or office fit-out projects
- · Good communication skill
- · Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills
