Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the HR department by assisting with daily operations, maintaining employee records, and coordinating recruitment processes. This position requires close collaboration with the HR Manager to ensure smooth HR functions, including onboarding, employee inquiries, and compliance with policies. The HR Assistant will also help with payroll processing and benefits administration, making accurate reporting and effective communication essential for success in this role.
Job Description
- Manage and maintain staff E-files and HR database, ensuring that all staff records, contracts, and documentation are organised, stored confidentially, accurate and up to date.
- Administer the processing of Work Pass administration which include application, renewal and termination.
- Assist with payroll preparation.
- Handle and provide administrative duties within the HR department.
- Other HR tasks assigned by HR Manager
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of HR experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking employees.
