Job Description
- Strategic DevelopmentPartner with different function leaders to design the medium- and long-term strategic plans, offering insights and a strong business acumen to enhance research and analytical efforts.
Foster collaborative relationships to shape functional strategies that align with the organizational goals.
Clearly communicate actionable plans that facilitate significant and sustainable improvements in business performance, ensuring the organization is well-positioned for future success.
- Project ExecutionDesign the organizational framework that supports strategic initiatives and process improvements.
Oversee the daily management of internal consulting projects, ensuring that stakeholder requirements are met effectively.
Develop and implement management tools (e.g., action trackers) that assist the organization in achieving its strategic objectives with agility and minimal risk.
Lead interactive sessions with frontline employees and managers to inspire and engage teams through effective coaching.
- Additional ResponsibilitiesChallenge existing processes and provide constructive feedback to encourage continuous improvement and excellence.
Set up criteria to ensure the successful adoption and effective utilization of new initiatives across all levels of the organization.
The Successful Applicant
- MBA or equivalent degree in business administration or change management, demonstrating strong academic performance.
- 5-10 years of experience in consulting or relevant industry roles.
- Proven track record of developing and executing business strategies that involve quantitative analysis, innovative thinking, and effective communication of strategic recommendations.
- Capability to lead and influence change initiatives, manage organizational turnarounds, and create target operating models that facilitate the adoption of new practices.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, well-organized yet adaptable, with advanced analytical abilities and a strong capacity for conceptual thinking.
- Proven leadership and people management skills, along with a collaborative spirit and effective work planning, organization, prioritization, and time management abilities.
- Strong adaptability and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining professionalism and dedication.
- Methodical problem-solving skills that drive business insights, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
