Job Description:
This is a contract role for a Social Media (Content Creator) located in Marsiling. Our client is a trusted stone countertop supplier in Singapore and you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role involves creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content tailored for various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. In addition to managing interactions by responding to comments and messages, the manager collaborates with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts align with broader marketing goals. They stay updated on trends and best practices, conducting social media listening to monitor brand mentions and track relevant industry conversations. The manager also fosters community engagement by handling discussions, user-generated content, and organizing contests or campaigns. Working with internal teams and external partners, they source content to maintain consistent brand representation. Staying informed on platform updates and algorithm changes, they propose innovative ideas to enhance the brand’s social media presence.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience managing social media platforms and executing strategies for brands or organizations is an advantage.
- Proficiency with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a talent for generating innovative ideas to captivate and engage audiences.
