Job Description
1) Collaborate closely with HR business partners and leadership to align talent acquisition strategies with trust and safety goals.
2) Work with global and regional hiring managers to assess talent needs and execute hiring plans, ensuring they meet business time lines.
3) Lead projects that enhance recruitment operations, using data to inform hiring decisions to improve processes.
4) Manage a talent acquisition team in the APAC region, cultivating a high-performance culture, and act as a champion for employer branding, ensuring hiring managers represent the company's culture effectively.
The Successful Applicant
1) The successful candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. (Managing 360 recruiters)
2) This individual will possess strong project management skills, able to handle complex stakeholder relationships, and demonstrate the ability to drive recruitment strategies across multiple regions.
3) This individual will excel at data analysis, using insights to influence hiring decisions and optimise processes.
4) Proactive and results-oriented, this individual will take initiative in leading cross-functional teams, managing talent acquisition projects, and promoting a strong employer brand.
5) Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills are essential to thrive in this dynamic and fast-paced environment.
