Job Description:
This is a full time role for an Student Care Centre Supervisor located in Islandwide. Our client is a leading provider of quality bilingual student care, tuition and preschool education for children. The role involves managing the centre's daily operations, including handling administrative tasks such as maintaining student and staff records, corresponding with clients and stakeholders, and managing fee collection. It also entails overseeing staff welfare, creating duty rosters, and guiding staff in classroom management. The person in this role will conduct monthly staff meetings to plan centre programmes and collaborate closely with SCC Coaches and Teaching Excellence to provide support and feedback. A key responsibility is to motivate the team to meet targets and key performance indicators while supervising activities that align with developmental goals. Additionally, the role includes ensuring accurate daily administration related to attendance, grades, health, and safety, along with any other duties assigned by the Cluster Head.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the student care/education industry is required, preferably in a supervisory position.
- Love working with children
- Minimum diploma in relevant field
