Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical training programs for nursing students and new nurses.
- Provide mentorship during orientation for newly hired nurses.
- Assist in creating training materials and lesson plans.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare facility policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with Nurse Managers and Clinicians on staff development and continuing education.
- Provide constructive feedback and recommend additional training as needed.
Requirements:
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Advanced Diploma in Nursing (Orthopaedic, Oncology, or Medical Surgical).
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
