Wellness Coordinator

The Wellness Coordinator is pivotal in creating a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment at the Integrated Wellness Centre ('IWC'). This role combines customer service excellence with program coordination, focusing on engaging youths and their caregivers to enhance mental health and well-being through innovative, inclusive programs.


Key Responsibilities:


Operations & Engagement:

  • Ensure the IWC’s daily operations run smoothly, maintaining cleanliness, facility readiness, and the availability of resources.
  • Act as the first point of contact for youths and caregivers, addressing inquiries, guiding them through services, and promoting IWC programs (onsite and online).
  • Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and courses, ensuring they align with health and safety regulations.

Program Support:

  • Manage participant registration, course availability, and logistics, maximizing engagement and ensuring accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Facilitate and host wellness events, providing support for both physical and digital activities.
  • Assist in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of IWC events, including outreach and digital support initiatives.

Case Coordination:

  • Assess youth and caregiver needs, linking them with appropriate wellness services and resources.
  • Collaborate with healthcare and community partners to ensure holistic support for clients, including step-up care for those requiring additional support.
  • Document interactions and follow-ups accurately in Salesforce, ensuring data privacy and compliance.

Community Outreach & Collaboration:

  • Lead or participate in outreach efforts, including digital campaigns and community events, to break barriers and engage youths in IWC services.
  • Work with stakeholders across the public-private-people (3P) sectors to enhance program reach and impact.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in program coordination or customer service, preferably in a youth-centric or wellness environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Required to work on Saturdays.
