Job Description:
- Attend to all incoming phone calls, enquiries and deliveries promptly.
- Attend to walk-in students, teachers, parents, visitors and school stakeholders with care and empathy.
- Contact parents of unwell students to be taken home or students who have been absent from school.
- Provide simple first aid to injured/unwell students and maintain the sick bay including first aid supplies.
- Manage the General Office reception counter and ensure it is clean and tidy.
- Manage simple office administrative tasks such as receiving and directing of incoming mails/packages, making trips to Post Office, managing and distributing notifications and letters to teachers’ trays, filing, collating and printing of documents.
- Call & engage with parents for administrative matters e.g. GIRO forms, financial aid supporting documents.
- Perform adminstrative tasks using basic Microsoft Office e.g. data entry, preparing Word documents & Excel spreadsheets.
- Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the school e.g. P1 registration exercise, emergency exercise etc.

- Monthly Salary: TBA
- Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025
- Nearest MRT: Punggol
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours:
- Mon to Thurs: 7:00 AM to 4:15PM, Fri: 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM
- Mon to Thurs: 8:15 AM to 5:30 PM, Fri: 8:45 PM to 5:30 PM
*Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, gazetted public holidays
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 2 year’s experience in front desk reception duties.
- Relevant reception experience in a school setting would be highly advantageous.
- Experience with administrative work using basic MS Office (Word, Excel).
- GCE “O” level certificate with at least 2 “O” level passes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal and written communications
- Warm personality with good customer service skills and telephone etiquette skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Good team player with initiative.
