Responsibilities:
- Perform overall office administrative duties
- Provide support in office operations
- Require to attend telephone calls/emails during, and occasionally after office hours
- Data entry and filing management
- Preparation & proper filing of invoices, quotations and other documentation
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Handle travel arrangements for staff
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘O’ Level / Polytechnic Diploma with 1 year working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communications skills, both written and verbal in English
- Meticulous and excellent coordination skills, ability to multi-task
- Mature and Hardworking, responsible & committed to work
- Singaporean & Singapore PR only
