Administrative Officer

Andrew Moore & Associates (singapore) Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform overall office administrative duties
  • Provide support in office operations
  • Require to attend telephone calls/emails during, and occasionally after office hours
  • Data entry and filing management
  • Preparation & proper filing of invoices, quotations and other documentation
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Handle travel arrangements for staff

Requirements:

  • Minimum ‘O’ Level / Polytechnic Diploma with 1 year working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good communications skills, both written and verbal in English
  • Meticulous and excellent coordination skills, ability to multi-task
  • Mature and Hardworking, responsible & committed to work
  • Singaporean & Singapore PR only
