Job Description
- Manage fund collateral and ensure timely production and delivery of regulatory materials (fact sheets, performance reviews, etc.).
- Participate in product delivery meetings to facilitate the dissemination of regulatory and product communication materials.
- Support sales by crafting product messaging and customising investment presentations for various channels.
- Collaborate with Compliance for clearance and manage versions of sales materials.
- Oversee the upload of fund materials to external platforms and manage translations.
The Successful Applicant
- 4 years of experience in product management or a similar role within financial services, ideally asset management.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a solid understanding of the Singapore funds management industry.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and work under tight deadlines.
- Independent, proactive, and capable of solving problems with minimal supervision.
- Any experience working with CRM systems would be a plus
