- Conduct daily check to ensure proper working condition of equipment.
- Ensure inventory of stock supplies are sufficient.
- Recommend improvements to Manager or Management where appropriate.
- Lead by example by demonstrating exemplary professionalism.
- Attend to guests’ needs and complaints promptly and politely.
- Resolve all potential service failure issues.
- Perform duties in the best interest of the Company, ensuring that the SOP & SOC are applied on daily basis
- Supervise and participate in activities of the service personnel under his direct supervision.
- Supervise food and beverage service by directing and guiding subordinates.
- Ensure that all requisitions for the week are duly delivered and stored appropriately.
- Attend meetings and briefings especially in the absence of Manager.
- Participate in stock taking of store, linen and operating equipment as directed by superior.
- Coordinate regular monthly maintenance and recording.
- Execute any duty that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Food & Beverage industry.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; able to build lasting relationships with guests.
- Basic competency in IT.
- Possess good initiative and leadership skills.
