Meta is seeking an exceptional sales leader to build, motivate and empower a team of Account Managers that partner with clients across Taiwan and Hong Kong to maximize returns from their marketing investments with Meta through consultations, campaign optimization, education and support. In addition to developing a high-performing consultative sales team that exceeds quarterly revenue, operating KPIs, and product goals, this role will collaborate with other teams and regions to define, test and scale strategic programs that grow the market and improve the Meta experience for clients.

Responsibilities
- Coach, develop and motivate a high-performing sales team to drive Meta customer metrics against territory goals with both a consultative approach and scalable approach
- Empower the team with relevant expertise and resources to deliver strategic advice, advertising solutions tied to client objectives and tactical policy / troubleshooting guidance
- Establish team goals and work with team to devise strategies and tactics to execute, measure and scale results
- drive a high level of operational rigour across sales and business operations
- Collaborate with other Meta teams and regions to develop and drive programs that grow the market and/or improve the Meta experience for clients
- guide team to identify and drive opportunities with a test-and-learn mindset

Minimum Qualifications
- Experience reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals by building trust with clients and driving customer growth through consultative sales and scalable programs
- Experience thriving in a dynamic, collaborative environment with a strong analytical and strategic planning background
- Fluency in English and Mandarin are required as this role will collaborate with external stakeholders whose usual business language is English and Mandarin
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Track record of inspiring, leading and developing others, directly managed or as a peer
- Experience leading XFNs through change and driving operational excellence through data, process & systems
- Knowledge about the digital ecosystem and business landscape in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Greater China region
- 10+ years of client service or sales and marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of the digital marketing industry and experience with direct response online and social advertising campaigns
- Prior work experience and strong working knowledge of digital media and direct response marketing
- Proven direct sales team management experience
