Responsibilities
- Promote our imaging centre to onboard new customers/clinics; account servicing of existing customers using our imaging services
- Development of new customer value propositions and strategic account management of key customers
- Work towards achieving sales revenue target of the customer segment or centre under your charge
- Manage day-to-day sales and marketing activities to ensure smooth customer experience at our centre(s)
- Work with operations and other internal teams to maximize resources to help maintain and drive centre’s revenue to ensure seamless customer experience
- Ensure initiatives are in accordance with the rules and regulation of local regulatory agencies such as MOH
- Run monthly cadence with management team on business performance
- Assist in the preparation and dissemination of sales and marketing collaterals to customer base
- Provide ad-hoc support to call centre to ensure timely follow-through of customers’ requests and appointments
Qualifications
- Strong client engagement and business negotiation skills
- Strong commercial mindset with a keen eye on revenue performance and outcomes
- Experience in internal stakeholders’ engagement
- At least 6 years of relevant work experience in area of sales & marketing, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical technology industries
- Team player and collaborative spirit
